Broiled Top Sirloin - A 6 oz top sirloin seved with a cucumber and sauerkraut slaw. $14.95

Asian Salad - mixed greens, broccoli, bell peppers and mushrooms are tossed in a garlic tamari sauce with chicken or veal. $12.95 w/veal $14.95

Steamed Halibut with a Fresh Herb Salsa - an 8 oz halibut is steamed to perfection and topped with a salsa of fresh basil, onion, garlic and tomatoes placed on top a bed of steamed mushrooms. $17.95 (Please allow extra time for preparation)

Poached Salmon with Steamed Vegetables - an 8 oz wild sockeye salmon is served with steamed bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, celery, zucchini and spinach. $15.95

Calamari with Steamed Vegetables - 7 oz of calamari is poached with bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, garlic, fresh basil, lemon juice and tamari sauce.  $14.95
